Kirava builds working automations from a plain-language description. You describe the chore — invoice reminders, Monday reports, lead follow-up — and get a reviewed portal result in minutes. Starter is free for 7 days, then from 199 SEK/month.
1. Who is behind it
Kirava is founded and run by Victor Nordtorp in Sweden. Questions, feedback or something that doesn't work? Email victor@nordtorp.se — you get an answer from a real person, usually the same day.
2. Why Kirava exists
Small businesses should not have to choose between expensive consultants and learning n8n, Make, Zapier or Python after hours. Kirava is the shorter path: describe the task, get a working automation and run it in the portal.
We start with concrete routines like invoice reminders, reports, leads and spreadsheets — the work that eats time every week without needing a large IT project.
3. Portal first
The delivery is not sent as a loose file that the customer is expected to run locally. It is saved in the customer portal with a plan, run button, result cards and a way to request changes.
The goal is that you can see the same day: what ran, when it ran and what value it created.
4. Honest about the AI
Every automation is generated by AI and then reviewed by AI in a separate quality pass before delivery. We build Kirava itself with the same AI technology we sell — openly. That's the point, not something we hide.
If a delivery isn't right, you log in to the portal, describe the problem and request a revised version. That's included.
5. Your data
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card number. Your descriptions and deliveries are stored securely in Supabase, and emails are sent via Resend. We never ask for your API keys: deliveries use placeholders you fill in yourself.
